Become a Vendor
We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor!
The Wetumpka Wildlife Arts Festival is a one-day outdoor wildlife arts festival that offers expert demonstrations, educational classes, family activities, and you – wonderful works made by artists and artisans. In 2025, WEWA had over 7,500 visitors in our historic downtown Wetumpka with the beautiful Coosa River as our backdrop. And this year is gearing up to be even bigger and better than before!
Vendor Options
We will be hosting regional artists, artisans and crafters, wildlife and sporting experts, and other such related vendors. We have two options for vendors: Fine Art Vendors and Festival Vendors.
Fine Art Vendors
This year we will have a large, central vendor tent in front of The Kelly specifically for fine art. Spaces in this tent will be juried and limited to art in various traditional mediums, including painting, drawing, woodworking, photography, and sculpture. Spaces are limited and will be accepted based on relevance to the event and quality of the art.

Festival Vendors
Festival vendors are a variety of vendors focused on the arts and/or the great outdoors. Artists and artisans may include (but not limited to) fine art, pottery, jewelry, woodworking, leatherworking, and more. We are also seeking vendors focused on wildlife, sporting life, and the great outdoors. If you fit in both categories, even better!
Conservation professionals who focus more on education rather than selling goods or services should contact us for a booth near activities and education, rather than a traditional vendor spot.
Vendor Space Information
Vendor applications are open and are due by August 2nd for Fine Art Vendors and August 31st for Festival Vendors.
Applications are not a first-come, first-served basis; rather, every application is reviewed and chosen based on relevance to the festival, number of applications within a particular category, and the quality of the art, products, and offerings. Thus filling out an application does not guarantee space unless or until you receive our approval and pay your vendor fee. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact us at WEWA@TheKelly.org.
Fees:
Fine Art Vendors
Cost is $200 for each space reserved. All fees are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, booth reservations will apply to the rescheduled date.
Festival Vendors
Cost is $100.00 if you provide your own tent, or $150 for us to provide a small pop-up tent. All fees are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, booth reservations will apply to the rescheduled date.
Set Up:
Vendor spaces are 10’ x 15’. Vendors are responsible for their own set up, but please let us know if you would like us to provide a six-foot table and two chairs for a small fee of $10.
Location:
Fine Art Vendors
Fine Art vendors are contained in a large central tent near The Kelly during the festival.
Festival Vendors
Festival vendors are located in the vendor area near the Main Stage in the parking lot area of Coaches’ Corner, close to The Kelly.
Relief:
We will provide volunteer floaters to relieve vendors as needed (ex. lunch, restroom breaks, etc.) throughout the event.
Notification:
Spaces are limited and will be accepted based on relevance to the event, quality of work, and number of applications within a particular category. Approval notifications are sent out from now to 14 days from the application closure date. As such, we encourage everyone to apply sooner rather than later, because we cannot guarantee that there will still be vendor spots available upon the official deadline date.
Vendor Application
New vendor applications will be available until the deadline – August 2nd for Fine Art Vendors and August 31st for Festival Vendors.
